Attendance Policy
Absence Procedure
Parents must call and notify the Attendance Office at 858-278-5917 X 2619 of an absence, on the day of the absence. After 3 days the absence will be considered a truancy.
Out-of-town Trips: Parent or guardian must notify the Attendance Office, not the teacher, for a Contract of Independent Study, at least five school days in advance. A contract will only be done if you will be gone 5 days or more. This will give you credit for missed classroom time
Tardy Policy
#1 Verbal Warning, parent contacted
#2 Warning sent home for parent signature, Campus Beautification
#3 After school detention, Citizenship Grade Lowered, parent contacted
#4 Saturday School, Citizenship Grade Lowered, parent contacted
#5 Referral to Site School Attendance Review Team, possibly District Attendance Review Board, parent contacted
